Drivers and all horses must accomplish all three events during national or international competitions, played according to regulations of FEI, in their class. To be qualified one needs to obtain 65 or less points in dressage, program No 9. These criteria must have been obtained in 2007 or must be obtained in present year until the time of personal registration that is till 6.07.2008.
The number of Competitors and Horses, for National Federations who have submitted a nominated Entry for a Team ( consisting of three or two Competitors) may be twice the number of Competitors and Horses permitted for Definite Entries. A National Federations which is only able to send one competitor ( which will be classified as an individual entry) the number of horses on the Nominated Entry list is two.
Should the Team enter a spare Horse ( which only counts towards the team score) , this must be from the Team Nominated Entry List.
The Polish Federation, as the Host Nation, may also enter up to six individual entries. The number of individual nominated competitor and horse entries may be twice the number of permitted definite Entries ( the same names of the Competitors from the team nominated entry may be also included in the individual Nominated Entry list ).
The Nominated Entries with the "Certificate of Capability" and "Record of Results" must be sent to O.C. by 6.07.2008. Copies of both forms must also be sent to the FEI.
Should the OC decide to invite National Federations, who have submitted a Nominated Entry for a team ( consisting fa three Competitors) to enter Additional individual entries, they may submit up to two Competitors with maximum of two horses per Competitor in the Additional Individual Nominated Entries ( the same names of the individual Competitors may be also included in the team nominated entry ). Only one Competitor and one Horse will be on the Definite Entry list and allowed to compete.
The additional individual Nominated Entries with the " Certificate of Capability" and the " Record of results" must be sent to the OC bay 15.07.2008. Copies of both forms must also be sent to the FEI .
